Worst outlet I have seen in my life. I waited for almost 2 hours for my order they dont care what happened to the order. Persons working are arrogant. They don't lift the call.

This is the second time in less than month I am experiencing this issue please close down the restaurant if you can’t serve your customer at least other options are far better than you guys! And please if you can not handle the order do let other customers know first then only accept their orders this restaurant accept my order and have to wait for 1 hour then I tried to reached 10-15 times then they accept the call and said that they can’t deliver if possible can you pick up the order! This is such a great disappointment and disaster service you are providing please call the customer first and tell them that they will deliver late not the other way around! And please pardon my language but please don’t do this wallet point stupidity for making up for the customer this has zero meaning if you can’t deliver your order!

Ordered food 1.5 hour back still not delivered. Outlet is just at 15 min walkable distance around 1.5km. Since last 45 mins it is showing out for delivery. Generally people try to improve their service after receiving feedback but looks like they don't bother at all. I can see many reviews stating the same problem and they are replying the same, looks like using bot or AI tool for automated reply. Worst service. Will never ever order it from here. Thanks

I have orders from Zamato arround 11 PM & it was showing 20 min to deliver but its 12 AM & still order status shows 20 Min

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from the newly opened Domino's store near Shilphata. I placed an order through the app, but the delivery person, Wakar khan, called me to confirm my address and then rudely refused to deliver. He told me to make a complaint and hung up. When I spoke to the store manager Rohit kamble they asked me to update my location and place the order again. I did so, but the same thing happened all over again. Rohit Kamble refused to deliver, stumbling over his own name, cancel the order. This is unacceptable. I'm paying for a service, and I expect it to be delivered. Instead, I'm met with arrogance and inconvenience. I demand better customer service from Domino's. Can someone please look into this and resolve the issue?"
