I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Domino’s. I had placed an order on 22nd September at 11:55 PM, which was covered under your 30-minute delivery guarantee. After 30 minutes, I received a call from your store team informing me that they could not deliver my pizza because the oven was not working. The order was eventually delivered after more than one hour, and the delivery executive did not even mark the order as delivered. I immediately raised a complaint on your official Twitter handle the same night, but even after one month, I have not received any refund or compensation coupon. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, there has been no proper response from your team. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I kindly request you to process my refund or provide a suitable compensation coupon at the earliest.

Very Disappointing Experience I recently visited this Domino’s outlet and was quite dissatisfied with the overall experience. 1. Lack of Hygiene: There were numerous flying insects inside the outlet, even around the dining area, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable. 2. Poor Air Conditioning: The AC was not functioning properly, resulting in an unpleasant atmosphere and possibly contributing to the insect issue. 3. Unclean Premises: Water was spilled in the seating area, making it unsafe and unhygienic. 4. Unsatisfactory Food Quality: I had ordered a cheese burst pizza, but it did not meet the expected Domino’s standards in taste or quality. 5. No Drinking Water Available: Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, this experience was far below Domino’s usual standards of quality and service. I sincerely urge the management to take immediate corrective action to improve hygiene, maintenance, and customer service to ensure such experiences are not repeated in the future.

The worst experience with Dominoes, ordered at 8.30 pm, it was delivered at 10. The pizza delivered was soggy and all cold and toppings mixed up. On that they don’t even give cancellation option when ordered from Swiggy. Already you are delivering one our late and we are forced to accept the cold pizza, what non sense is this. I am going to escalate this

Costlier then any other dominos pizza outlet. Pizza is like roti i have folder it 3 times before eating. And it filled with people collecting orders . Not a good atmosphere when will family.

Worst experience had with the order delivered at home from this outlet. My order number is 227 of 2nd Oct 2025. 1. This outlet didnt bothered to inform me about change in order and sent the cold drink (which i prefer not to have) via delivery boy. 2. How come a pizza which i ordered at 7.15 pm and which got delivered at 7.50 pm at home can be not hot at all. After trying to reach the store manager via delivery boy to share the feedback about cold pizza recieved, all attempts went failed. Had to reach the store in person to share my feeback, get the pizza changed and receive hot one. All fun went waste of what one prefers to enjoy ordering online pizza via dominos app. First time i have faced such experience in dominos.
