We ordered pizza in Mall of Mysore, the pizza's served to us was stale and tasted sour. ( Both the pizza's) We went to complain about the quality to the Vendor, he asked us to call the costumer care, within 2 minutes he threw away the pizza slice and didn't listen to our grievance. We went on to call the coustomer care they redirected us to mail. Haven't received any response from mail either. I am so disappointed. How and what are we supposed to do if we have a problem or grievance. Bare minimum customer care and basic behaviour was absent everywhere we reached out!

I always get worst service from the staff. Customer service is first preference. But they don't know about customer service. They should get some training. This not first time it's happening. I ordered two pizza and I got only one. When I asked them they said it's coming 2min I waited more than 10min. They're wasting our time also. The food also we are not getting proper baked.

The staff try to sell higher priced items in a clandestine way taking advantage of the guests lack of awareness about the menu. You have to be very careful if you do not want to be taken for a ride
