Worst experience ...inferior quality of service.. Serving pizza without sauces and Organo and Chilliflakes... No napkin.. Even gave two cups for 4 family members.. Please Shut down this .. Don't deserve even a single star.... Not providing organo and Chilliflakes even after charging in bill.. Dear Management Team, With reference to the review posted on google maps regarding my experience at Dominos Eternity Mall, Nagpur, I visited to the said place at 1300 hrs on 08 Dec 25 along with family consisting of my wife and Two Children. First of all, I went the order counter which was not manned, staff was roaming here and there. No one was even bother about the accepting the order, after 5-10 min 1 female staff came to the counter and took the order for the items mentioned in the attached reciept. After the slogging of 15-20 minutes, the staff was able to bring the items to the counter and shouted my name. After the reciept of the said food order, I asked the staff for providing 2 more glasses for soft drinks as we were 4 members of the family at the table which was ignored by the staff and was not provided. Secondly, I asked for the Organo, Chilli flakes and Ketchup or sauce, the staff directed me roam around and look for it wherever I find from the other tables, I found my myself in an awkward situation in front of my family to look out for the table there arround. So I decided to accept the order as it was. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. Please keep up the reputation of the brand, do not spoil it. Lastly, the staff has not the provided the detailed bill for the meals. Over all it was a worst experience visiting such a place. The photos and Order slip are attached for your reference.

Receptionist of this outlet is very rude with everyone And her toning is also very dominating My bill was 255 but she denied to return the remaining amount and after that she said I have only 40 rupees change I saw the that she had change of 5 rupees still So pls look into this
