The manager NIKHILESH TIWARI is the rudest manager ever, instead of providing me resolution for their fault in delivery he says go complain wherever you want to complain.. i have been ordering from Dominos since ages and this is second time i faced issue from this manager, he is trying to save money by not giving resolution for their own mistake!! Just checked how they deliver pizza and then say its fine. Entire pizza inside was crushed the delivery boy was witness yet no resolution no refund, order was delivered 2hours late and extremely cold pizza i still ignored that bcz they say new year no time guarantee but how can you deliver cold and crushed pizza??

Today is 31 st and I ordered 2 pizza Choco Lava cake n burger but It's been almost an hour since I received my order. I don't know what is going on. I have even made the online payment but still haven't received the order. This is not good.

Security guard and receptionist girl is not good ..mis behaviour with every customer ...don't vists that .it's bad experience.
