I had a very bad experience with this Domino’s outlet. On 19 July 2025, I placed an order here and made an online payment of ₹394.44. The money was deducted from my account, but the outlet did not receive it. The staff asked me to pay again, and I made another payment of ₹394.44, which was also deducted but not received by them. So, in total ₹788.88 was deducted from my account, but the outlet did not provide the order against that payment. They promised the refund would be done in 7 days, but even after almost a month (today’s date: 12 August 2025), I have not received any refund. I visited the outlet multiple times, showed them my bank statement, and they even took a photo of it. Still, nothing has been done. The staff openly admitted that 5–6 other customers also faced the same issue, and they had already sent mails but got no response. ⚠️ My advice to everyone: Do NOT buy from this outlet. Kabhi mat lena yahan se pizza ya kuch bhi. Agar payment ke saath problem hui, to ye log refund nahi karte aur sirf time waste karte hain. This outlet is completely irresponsible and not trustworthy. Please save your money and order from a different Domino’s branch or any other place.

The service at Domino’s KT Nagar, Nagpur is absolutely pathetic. This is the third time I’ve had to wait forever, and every single time something in my order is either missing or completely wrong. That’s how “responsible” they are — if an item is missing, they simply deduct it from the bill like it’s no big deal, without caring about the inconvenience caused. They clearly have zero respect for customers’ time. Today was the last straw — after making me wait, they finally delivered my order, and because of a missing item, they cancelled it and took it back! Now I’ve had to place the order again and am sitting here waiting again. After this, I am never ordering from this branch again. Worst service ever, and the so-called manager is no better.

I’ve been visiting this Domino’s outlet regularly for the past 1.5 years. Overall, the service has always been good. Staff is polite, the outlet is clean, and food is served fresh and on time. However, one thing I feel needs improvement is the hygiene in the kitchen. Since it’s an open kitchen setup with a glass partition, it’s easy to see that the staff usually don’t wear gloves while preparing the food even when directly handling dough and toppings. I’ve noticed that many other Domino’s outlets do follow proper hygiene practices like wearing gloves and hairnets, so it's a bit surprising to see that not being followed here. Would really appreciate if Domino’s could take a look at this and ensure better hygiene standards are implemented. Apart from this concern, the experience has been consistently good!
