its on mall road..they have two floors..so the ground floor is dead..its like no one is therr for you and no sign boards..no cleanliness poor managememnt and first u have to wait because of poor management anf then u can ordsr from ground floor.. and get pizza from above floor.. very bad dominozz..

Unhygienic outlet, order took more than half an hour to complete. Being at a tourist place like nainital, the outlet should be more hygienic, people friendly and staff should be more positive in handling customers. They read our bill wrong and missed one food item and due to that they delivered the order in more than half hour, rest food got cold and tasteless and the staff said"time to lagega hi order mein", this was the reply. Dominos maintain a high standard everywhere but this outlet is not upto the mark.

I visited dominos pizza Nanital at 12th Nov 2025. Staff was already exhausted, despite having bad attitude by some customers staff behaved well and served good pizzas.. appreciate it.. I would like to add about some other customers.. they did not behave well.. I suggest to all the people to behave well, after all they too are human beings. Keep the great work up..
