Very unprofessional staff. They were themselves talking negatively about the brand Dominos saying "the pizzas here are overpriced because of the brand name" and "nothing below 500/- here and in this amount, families can have entire meals". While it might be true, but are these comments meant to make people feel eating there feel guilty of splurging when others are suffering ? We really failed to understand..

Order was taking too long. Cheese brust pizza was not upto the level. Takeaway counter is on 1st floor and stairs are not comfortable.

It was a disappointment when i ordered from Mall Road, nainiital store to be delivered in the Elphinstone hotel just 400mts away. First order was placed for another Elphinstone hotel in mumbai. Imagine hungry and waiting over 30mins for the delivery and multiple calls with the delivery to find out they are 100s of miles away. Then i arranged a pickup order, which included a cheese burst pizza but the cheese is so less than its hardly seen after a bite, wasn’t really happy with over all experience, sorry!

The outlet is at prominent site but the services as well as the products are not up to the mark. Company needs lot of attention here. Hygeine is seen compromised. Overall it's a p and disappointing customer dealing at Domino's Nainital.😔
