Ordered a single pizza offline at the outlet, but staff insisted on combos only—no single pizzas available in-store, directing me to order online instead. Unsure if this is a new policy, but it felt restrictive and inconvenient. The place wasn't clean, with noticeable clutter and poor upkeep. Staff behavior came across as rude, lacking basic courtesy when speaking to customers—far below Domino's standards. Ambience felt unsuitable for a premium brand like Domino's, uninviting and unprofessional. Online experience with same outlet Experience 1: During online order one item they didn't delivered and told me that item was not available then why did they accepted order, and delivered partially without refund. Experience 2: Policy says online delivery within 30 minutes. This is only for the name. Order took more than 1 hour to deliver and they served cold pizza. Avoid this outlet.

U have twice order the pizza from the outlet which located in Nashik near inox Nashik Pune road but both times they have ordered wrong ordered and time taken was more than 2 hours
