Extremely disappointing experience. My order took 45 minutes to arrive, even though Domino’s advertises a 30-minute delivery guarantee. The pizza came cold, soggy, and not fresh at all. When I requested a refund, they said it would be added to my Domino’s wallet, but it has been over a month and I still haven’t received anything. I also spoke with the store manager, who promised to give credits, but nothing ever showed up. This feels like a misleading guarantee and poor customer service. Very unhappy with how the whole situation was handled.
