It literally took more than 1 hour to deliver our pizza. The staff was so rude they didn't even attend the customer. Tables were not cleaned.

I ordered from dominos through swiggy app on 5th august as shown in the screenshot i have attached this was the worst service i have gone through i did not recieved my order i tried calling restuarant the number was switched off and swiggy customer care told me they can't help me coz dominos delivers the pizza by their own delivery partner so swiggy cannot help me regarding this and i waited 1 hour for the order but did not recieved it so i decided to visited the outlet my self and when i reached there i saw delivery partner and dominos staff was arguing with each other then he gave me my pizza i told them to replace it they didnot even replaced it and i had to take it home like that i had to eat cold pizza like seriously i prepaid so for all the trouble i had to go through myself like go and bring the pizza from outlet and when i tried complaining on dominos app no one helped me regarding this and the delivery partner was arguing with me are kya sir aahi to raha tha those were his words after 1 hour i exactly remember when i reached the outlet to collect my order it pissed me off a lot and im never gonna order any prepaid orders on dominos seriously worst and pathetic service by this dominos outlet and this is not first time im facing this i have even faced some issues in the past using dominos app my order was late they told me ill get refund in my dominos wallet in 2-3 days and i never got anything so it was all lie and scam

The pizza was not good at all, it was very bitter. We had placed the order at 11:30, but we received it at 12:45. When the order was delivered, it was completely cold. Even the pizza base tasted very bitter and the whole thing was tasteless. We even called Domino’s customer care, and they said they would resend the order within 20 minutes. At 1 o’clock the madam confirmed the same, but even by 1:51 we still hadn’t received the reorder. We don’t eat for free, we have paid money. Please inform Domino’s that this is not acceptable—they are serving such bad food.

We had ordered a pizza from them, but it was very bad — it tasted bitter. Even after we completed it and gave feedback, they ignored us. On top of that, they delayed the order for a full 2 hours, and when we tried calling them, they didn’t even respond.”
