I placed a dine-in order on 26th December (evening) for one Onion Pizza and one Double Cheese Burst Margherita. Both pizzas were extremely poor in taste. I immediately raised this issue with a lady staff member at the outlet, but she did not respond properly and seemed to ignore my complaint. I later sent an email regarding this matter, but I have still not received any positive response. Additionally, my calls are not being answered, and the outlet is denying a refund. This level of service is unacceptable and not tolerable. I request immediate resolution and refund of the amount paid.
