Extremely disappointing experience. Order was delivered late despite the 30-minute promise, and I was asked to come downstairs to collect it. Delivery executive promised a discount due to delay, but even after 24+ hours nothing was provided. To make it worse, a store staff member behaved arrogantly and refused to help, saying only a third-party email would resolve it. Very poor service and zero accountability. Not expected from Domino’s

I purchased online using dominos app. I bought pizza multiple times from different location. But this outlet is very bad. They give very less cheese and cold pizza. And their packaging is also very bad. I got a squared pizza.

Very pathetic service they guarantee 30min delivery but every single time they took 1hr to deliver the order even a small order

I ordered 2 pizzas, and other addons, delivery was good, but the taste, just it doesn't taste like it used to be, quality has been so bad lately, this is my last time eating from this outlet, i may try some other locations' Domino's, but here, never. The pizza doesn't look good, doesn't taste good. In cheese burst, you rarely can taste or see cheese. Too much tomato sauce inside pizza, it starts tasting sweet. Bruh.
