I ordered 2 pizzas, and other addons, delivery was good, but the taste, just it doesn't taste like it used to be, quality has been so bad lately, this is my last time eating from this outlet, i may try some other locations' Domino's, but here, never. The pizza doesn't look good, doesn't taste good. In cheese burst, you rarely can taste or see cheese. Too much tomato sauce inside pizza, it starts tasting sweet. Bruh.

Horrible place never ever order from this place. It is almost more than 24 hours and my issue has not been resolved yet, this is my reference or token number 18428188. Which I've received from dominos when I made the complain through the application and a message along has came that my issue will be resolved withing 24 hours and yet no steps had been taken, I'm really upset now and I'll be leaving dominos pizza and will not ever go to their restaurant again, On 7th of November 2025, I had ordered the pizza farmhouse along with added extra cheese from chattrapur branch Order no. 190 And starting from the first view I didn't liked the way it was their in the box, it wasn't looking even properly cooked and the tomato chutney was the only thing all around the pizza that was seen so I looked the photo at that moment only I even raised my complain during my meal only that if they'll ask for photos or proofs, I'll be able to show them yet I had clicked the initial picture only as no such response was provided. So the taste was not good at all, the base was not properly cooked, I don't know what kind of tomato and veggies they had used but it wasn't right fit for the pizza that's all I know This was not the first time I had ordered the same pizza so I can almost say it wasn't what i ordered for nor what I had wished Pizza was not cooked properly, taste was not good either nor the base neither the veggies were fresh And the cheese, what to say about that Why is there an option to add extra cheese for an about 100 rs if no cheese had to be added, it was not a match even with a normal cheese How come they had served that with an extra cheese I guess dominos really need to focus on their franchisee otherwise they'll need to shut soon. I'm not happy to see this but I need my refund from dominos I'm not satisfied at all what happened to me day before yesterday and also dominos should not provide help services through the application if they won't even listen or help through the issues of customer.
