Subject: Immediate Escalation – Severe Quality Failure, Unprofessional Conduct & Demand for Full Refund To the Domino’s Senior Support / Regional Management Team, This is an urgent escalation regarding an unacceptable experience with my recent order from your store. The product delivered and the conduct of the store staff represent a serious breach of Domino’s quality standards and customer service policies. Critical Failures: 1. Gross Deviation from Product Standards: • Inadequate cheese (not in line with Domino’s SOP). • Extremely insufficient and uneven veg toppings. • Dough clearly not fermented or prepared under proper conditions, resulting in a pizza that was half paper-thin and half overly thick. 2. Unprofessional & Unacceptable Store Behaviour: • The store manager, Mr. Vinay, demonstrated complete incompetence in handling the escalation. • Instead of acknowledging the error or prioritizing customer experience, he was fixated on retrieving the used, contaminated pizza before even initiating a replacement. • This caused unnecessary delays and reflects zero training in customer handling. 3. Event Disruption & Brand Damage: • We had 8 guests, and what should have been a simple, enjoyable gathering turned into an embarrassing and disappointing experience solely due to Domino’s operational failure. • This level of service is damaging to Domino’s brand reputation. Required Action: Given the seriousness of these issues, I am demanding a full refund immediately. Additionally, I expect: • A clear explanation of how such a lapse occurred, and • Confirmation that appropriate disciplinary and corrective actions are being taken at the store level, especially regarding the manager’s conduct. Pictures of the product have already been shared with the store team. I expect a prompt and formal response from your higher management—not automated replies or template messages.
