The atmosphere was very poor. The washroom was unhygienic, stinking, and the toilet seat was missing. There was dirt on the floor, and I had to ask three times before the table was cleaned. I’m really concerned that the Connaught Place outlet was in such bad condition, with overall hygiene and cleanliness being extremely disappointing.
