I’ve ordered tacos from Domino’s multiple times, but this time they were delivered half-cooked or undercooked. When I raised the issue through a call, the first representative listened to the complaint and then transferred me to another person. I explained the issue again, and the second person said they had personally packed the order and were sure it was fine. They asked me to return the taco first, only then they would send a fresh one. It felt like they were more focused on proving themselves right rather than understanding the customer’s concern. I was made to feel like I was falsely blaming them, which was very disappointing. This kind of customer service is not expected from a brand like Domino’s.
