Staff was quite rude and don't listen to customers

I ordered 2 garlic breads from this branch and received undercooked food, when i provided a feedback about the same, i received a call from the staff from the same brach and she was extremely rude. She dint even mention where she was calling from , and thought i was a genie to guess the same and then talked so rudely that i had to disconnect the call. Terrible customer service and below average food. Visit other branches but not this one.
