recently visited Domino’s Kirti Nagar outlet, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. I was genuinely excited to eat there, but the visit turned out to be disappointing in multiple ways. To begin with, the ambiance was uncomfortable. The AC was not turned on at all, and the place felt warm and suffocating, especially for a dine-in experience. Despite customers being present, no one from the staff seemed concerned about switching it on. The seating arrangement was even worse. There were not enough chairs, and no staff member cared to help. We literally had to pick up chairs from other tables ourselves and arrange our own seating. For a brand like Domino’s, this kind of self-service for basic needs is unacceptable. Coming to the service — it was extremely slow. Even placing the order took longer than it should have. There was barely any staff available at the counter, and the ones who were there didn't look interested in assisting customers properly. Sadly, the biggest disappointment was the food. The pizza, which should have been the highlight, did not taste good. It lacked freshness, the toppings didn’t feel balanced, and the overall quality was nowhere near Domino’s usual standards. So not only was the service poor, but the food also failed to justify the visit. Overall, my experience at Domino’s Kirti Nagar was below expectations. Good food and good service go hand in hand, and this outlet needs major improvement in both areas — customer service, air-conditioning, seating management, and most importantly, food quality. Considering the brand reputation, I hope the management pays attention and works on fixing these issues soon.

Very weird staff. Took more than hour to deliver within 1.5 km. Deliver person says manager told to go far away and deliver tha order first. Good shit. 🫡🫡

Wrong order was delivered and when I raised my concern, the staff was very impolite especially **ANJU**. Worst customer service ever. Ordering from the same outlet from last 10 years and this is how they repay you.
