I ordered a value meal, but the experience was again disappointing. The staff told me that the ₹99 value meal can only be booked through the online app, but when I checked, the app was showing it at ₹149. This is not a one-time issue — it happens every single time I try to order the ₹99 meal. If the meal is truly meant to be ₹99, why am I not allowed to order it at that price? And if it is actually ₹149, then why do the staff keep telling customers to book the ₹99 one online when it never appears correctly? This repeated confusion and mismatch feels misleading. Proper communication and transparency should be basic service. Domino’s needs to ensure staff give correct information and that app pricing matches what is being promised at the outlet.

Very worst service here. Staff is unprofessional, can't handle basic needs of customers, have to stay on queue even if you're only one there. Order making time is too high. Not recommended at this location.

Pathetic service and unapologetic staff. Very disappointed to see this in one of the biggest metro stations in delhi. It says ready on the big screen yet when I go to take the order they say 10 mins. Pathetic. edit: THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
