We had to wait till 30min after placing order and when we received the order it was not even hot. When we complaint then the lady who didn't even took our order started arguing with us. When other heard us arguing he told her that her service is terrible and they had received the cold pizza as well. In the end they gave hs another pizza but when we asked how long it would take that same lady shouted 30 min and was so rude she was literally arguing with everyone. But the other lady on the counter was kind and expected the mistake. Quality and service of Domino's is so poor this is the last time I won't be ordering from them.

The place is alright but washrooms are very dirty and smelly. Basic hygiene should be maintained.

I placed an order for ₹861 through the Domino’s app on 2nd November 2025 at night, and it was delivered from your Sector 132, Grand Street, Noida (U.P.) outlet. The order arrived in pathetic and completely destroyed packaging, making the pizza uneatable. Despite raising the complaint 2–3 consecutive times, neither the chat representative nor the store executive provided any proper assistance. The chat representative simply gave me the store’s contact number and asked me to follow up directly for a refund. When I contacted the store executive (Mr. Sambodh), he assured me a refund of half of the order amount — but no refund has been processed till date. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor service and false promises from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I request immediate action on this matter and a full refund for the unacceptable quality and service received.
