Dear Domino’s Team, I recently visited your outlet and wanted to share my disappointing experience regarding the Lunch Feast offers. I went specifically to try the ₹99 4-Course Pizza Meal, which was clearly advertised and also mentioned to be available between 11 AM to 3 PM. I was well within the mentioned time, but the staff refused to provide the offer without giving any valid reason. Instead, I had no choice but to purchase the ₹169 4-Course Loaded Meal. Even for that, when I requested a small change (one pizza with chicken popcorn and the other with veggie bites), I was again told that it’s not possible — that if one item is non-veg, then the entire meal must be non-veg. However, the menu card itself shows a slash ( / ) symbol, which clearly indicates that customers should be able to choose. On top of that, the staff was not attentive, showed rude behavior, and made the whole experience very unpleasant. Overall, I would rate this service as 1/5. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are better trained to handle customers respectfully and honor the offers as advertised.

No space to sit, got our order wrong twice, denied giving pizza mania but had the same as a meal box, did not give tissues or ketchup or any spices, the employee Sonakshi was the wrost thing about the outlet as she took our order late, got our order wrong (we ordered 2 double non-veg tacos but received 2 single veg tacos) and tried overselling (instead veg she tried to force non veg options on us but then ended up serving veg).
