Domino’s Phagwara is extremely disappointing. Earlier, we ordered a Margherita pizza that came with no cheese—just a thin, hard crust. Today we tried the Tandoori Taco, and it was equally awful: no tandoori sauce, and the onions and paneer weren’t even baked. We also ordered a Zingy Parcel, which had a bland taste, no sauce, and wasn’t properly baked. In short—awful experience.

Sometimes i order pizza for my family through Zomato, but almost every time there’s a problem. Many times the pop is missing, and when I ask for a refund they charge ₹66 but only refund ₹51. Once they even sent Fanta instead of Coke without asking – who drinks Fanta with pizza? And they never have choco lava cakes they always cancel this item from order. Earlier the pizzas were really good, but in the last 5–6 months the quality has gone down badly. Toppings are not proper, always items are missing, and a few times the pizza has even been undercooked. We are paying for both the food and the service, so it’s disappointing to get such poor quality.

The staff was friendly and seemed to be doing their best, but unfortunately, the food was far below expectations. The pizza, including the Cheese Volcano Pizza, was cold and dry. We picked up our order in person, assuming it would be fresh, but it arrived in poor condition. I hope the management can improve the quality to match the effort of the staff.
