The service at the Domino's IG Square branch in Puducherry has been consistently disappointing. I’ve ordered multiple times and almost every time the food is either delivered very late or the quality is poor whether it’s the pizza, taco, or garlic bread. It’s clear that this branch is not following the standard operating procedures set by Domino's. This lack of consistency and quality is likely one reason why many better pizza outlets are gaining popularity in Puducherry. If this trend continues it will only help other local pizza shops grow and rightly so.
