Dear Domino’s Team, I recently ordered a Chicken Keema Pizza, but unfortunately, the order was very disappointing. The pizza was delivered cold and not properly cooked. On top of that, the delivery was delayed as the delivery boy wasted time, which made the situation worse. This kind of service is not professional and does not meet the standards I expect from Domino’s. I request you to take this as a serious warning and ensure such issues do not repeat in the future. Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest.

POOR SERVICE AND NO VIABLE ONLINE INFORMATION I'm writing this review on the same day. And this is the second time getting my order late. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting here for that order at 3am in the morning waking up just for this where I had made my order and online payment at 1:26am. I had even written up a mail to dominions on that late first order and no response from that. Now I'm so frustrated. Where should I report this at?????!!! Wasting our time.

Customer service is so poor. Treating us as if they're paying for my food. Please do not eat in this branch. The aircon is always broken. The staffs are not answering properly when we ask questions about the combo. And whatever I ask they're saying that it's not available.
