I ordered on 5th Sept at 1 AM, and today is 6th Sept — still no delivery. The branch is completely unreachable, and every complaint I raise just gets me a useless reference ID with zero follow-up. There is literally no way to contact them or get any real support. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced — absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Both the branch and customer care are a complete failure.
