I had to pick my order myself even when its a delivery order....the worst experience. Would prefer pizza hut instead. And one of the employee even told me that he is going to refund my money and till yet nothing ever refunded. THE WORST.

I ordered takeaway and when I went to collect the food, the lady at the counter stopped us from taking our food saying she needs to take a photo of the review. When we said we ordered from the website without an account, she told us to create an account and give rating while keeping our food to the side. After we did some more questioning another employee said we could take our food without the review and the lady at the counter finally let us collect our order
