Worst Dominos store in entire pune their service is third class no calls been recieved by them no issues been solved worst taste and worst service by dominos please do not visit or please do not order online the store is 200 meter away and a pizza to deliver it takes almost 2 hours

This has happened to me 2–3 times now. I place an order but every time the delivery is delayed. Last time, I at least received a call from the store, but today I did not get any call. I kept waiting for my order, but neither did I receive the order nor the refund. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

They are so pathetic at service & behaviour Phone switch off, no timely delivery, no communication and unexpected answers. Food serve was completely cool and deliver after one and half hour. We order them due to hunger and some evening joy but they soil everything. Earlier also happen with me. I have full video of delivery boy confession. Never go for them 🧐

Extremely rude staff. The man on the front desk argued with me that I should not use UPI and pay online while ordering via app itself. And when I argued that there's an option of Cash/UPI on delivery, he argues that online payment will save time. Like by saving 30 seconds, bro will become a millionaire. The table was not clean, there was chilli flakes spilled all over the table.

I ordered a pizza from the Domino’s Katraj-Kondhwa Road outlet, and their service was extremely poor & third-class. They did not follow Domino’s standard guidelines. My order was delivered 1 hour late, and despite the delay, they refused to refund my money.
