I had ordered pizza from Domino’s at 1:57 am, and Domino’s gives a guarantee that the pizza will be delivered within 30 minutes. But I received my pizza at 2:46 am. They are saying that the 30 minutes is counted till the building gate, but I actually got my order after 48 minutes. They also said that I would get a refund if the delivery exceeded 30 minutes, but I still haven’t received my refund. I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

Very disappointing experience with Domino’s on Sinhgad Road. Every time I place an order, it’s incorrect — either missing items or wrong toppings. When you try to explain, the staff don’t talk with any sense and respond as if they’ve done you a huge favor by just picking up the call. Extremely careless and unprofessional behavior. No sense of responsibility or customer service. Definitely not what you’d expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s.
