“I live on the third floor, and the delivery person from Domino’s refused to come up, saying he’s not allowed to deliver to higher floors. This is quite inconvenient and the service was not up to the mark. I hope they can improve this in the future.” And also he using abused language with me please action on him.

Very disappointing experience with Domino’s on Sinhgad Road. Every time I place an order, it’s incorrect — either missing items or wrong toppings. When you try to explain, the staff don’t talk with any sense and respond as if they’ve done you a huge favor by just picking up the call. Extremely careless and unprofessional behavior. No sense of responsibility or customer service. Definitely not what you’d expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s.
