The pizza was very very worst and very very cold because the delivery boy took 1 hrs. and he was not even picking up the call. Also on the app there was showing that delivery has arrived at your location so I called the delivery boy and asked where are you? He said I have not arrived at your location yet so I said but in your app I can see you have arrived he said I will be arriving in 15 min and he came after 30 min and before ordering the pizza on app the delivery timing was 30-45 min so I ordered and he took 1 hr for the delivery. Also in our bill there was written 7 chilly flax and 14 oregano we got only 1 chilly flax and 3 oregano so I called the delivery boy where are the remaining chilly flax and oreganos? So he replied I have don't have any chilly flax and oreganos I have not took from the store and he hanged up the call. If we are paying any amount from our pocket we expect good service from you guys, and this was not the first time we had this kind of experience this was 3rd time. This is not acceptable at all. And I will also suggest to the customers not to order from Dominos App. Someone please look into this matter.

Cheated. I order volcano cheese farm house regular pizza and paid 330 for the same but was given regular farm house pizza without volcano cheese. Order dated 31 Dec around 11.30 pm order number 277. since this happened during new years celebration I could not go back for complaint or corrections as I was already at my resort when saw that it was an incorrect order. Also the hygiene at this joint is not maintained. It’s a small place and wayyyyyyy too many people inside, all using their mobile phone and working simultaneously. I saw a few kitchen workers not using gloves either, one of it was a girl. Wonder why so many people inside.
