I usually love Domino’s pizza, but my experience at the Veerbhadra Nagar, Baner outlet was disappointing. During busy hours, dine-in customers are not treated well — it feels like online orders get priority while people sitting and waiting in the restaurant are ignored. Staff seemed rushed and uninterested in providing a pleasant dine-in experience. Hope they improve their service for walk-in customers, especially during peak times.
