I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on 5th October for Order ID: 205. The order was cancelled by the restaurant without any prior notice or update, which is completely unacceptable. I was waiting for my food, only to find out later that the order was cancelled — this shows a clear lack of communication and responsibility. As customers, we are expected to make immediate payment at the time of ordering, but when it comes to refunds, we are forced to wait indefinitely. As of now, my refund has still not been processed, and there has been no proactive update from your end. This experience is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I expect an immediate resolution — either process my refund without further delay or provide a valid explanation for this inconvenience.

We went for lunch the other day. The experience was not at all good. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our order to be ready. This is way too much.At the same time, orders for takeaways were going along smoothly. They seemed to be prioritizing the takeaway orders over the dine-in customers. It seems like dine-in customers are not welcome here. A very disappointing experience.

Visited this Domino’s location and had a really disappointing experience. The staff barely acknowledged us when we arrived, and we ended up waiting an unusually long time just to place our order. It felt like we were being completely ignored while they focused on everything else but the customers. Poor communication and lack of attention really ruined the visit. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a well-known chain.
