Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed my order on Zomato around 11 PM, exhausted and hungry after a long day at work. I even received the usual confirmation message from Domino’s: “Thanks for choosing Domino’s. We will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 mins | Order No. 166.” But what followed was the worst service experience I’ve had in a long time. The delivery person called me only at 12:00 AM, saying he had reached the location. The order finally arrived at 12:41 AM — more than an hour and a half late, and the food was completely cold. To make it worse, there was zero apology, no accountability, and the delivery agent’s behaviour was shockingly rude throughout the interaction. Is this the standard of service customers are expected to tolerate? Is this what we’re paying for — delayed delivery, cold food, and disrespectful behaviour? This needs to be addressed immediately. I expect a proper resolution and action taken so no customer has to go through such unacceptable service again.

Don't order anything from this store. I have ordered sweet corn and Vegi loaded just see things are they deliver in photos ,it seems all waste of shop put on the pizza and insulted the customer.

Ordered pizza from dominoz app showing 30mins delivery time. After ordering the store cancelled the ordered after 1 hour. If this was the case why the customer should wait 1 hour + just for the ordered to be cancelled and this has happened twice. Wont recommend this store at all. Pathetic service.

This store do not give delivery at home. After one hour waiting they call and tell not able to deliver to your location. This is repeated now and need to be corrected. Store should not accept orders if they are not able to give home delivery within 3KM of store service are.. very poor service
