I ordered stuffed garlic bread but received the basic one without any stuffing. The pizza also came with the wrong toppings, and the veg parcel was broken. On top of that, I had ordered peri peri dip, but they gave me cream and onion dip instead. The packaging was extremely poor. When I called the store to complain, the staff spoke very rudely. They said they would refund the money, but I never received anything. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. Everything was wrong — the order, the food quality, and the customer service. I will soon register a formal complaint against this store. Please don’t waste your money and time by ordering from here.
