Received only half the order placed. Registrered complaint twice. We were told dominos would contact back us in 24 to 48 hours. Till date no sign of that. Morever we keep getting automated messages saying manager tried reaching me and my phone was not available. This is not true as i never received a call back.

This outlet the worst possible outlet when it comes to service. I ordered pizza from here multiple times and each time I've had worst possible experience. They do not deliver their orders on time, there's no means to call or communicate with them. The number they have provided is on the website is incorrect, also the one registered on app isn't reachable. They literally deliver order cold and delayed ny minimum 1 hr. There's no point in having such a waste outlet when they cannot provide service on time.

This is the 4th time i have ordered and each and every single time the outlet doesn’t respond to calls and order comes after 1 hr for being 2-3 km away

Worst ka bhi worst Sevice provider hai yeh Dominos. Kindly go with pizza hut for better service .

Worst experience with Domino's ever! The food is never fresh - it's stale and tastes terrible. I've ordered pizza and tacos twice, and both times the quality was subpar. It's clear they're just reheating food instead of preparing it properly. Unless you can improve your service, I think it's time to shut down. The current state of affairs is unacceptable.
