Ordered 2 Pizzas & 1 Garlic Bread. Garlic Bread was missing from order which was delivered after 40 mins. On calling delivery person he re-checked and delivered after another 40 mins. Missing out 1 out of 3 items of a simple order is their delivery efficiency. Also their Cheeze Burst doesn't have Burst factor anymore & Paneer / Chicken is also for name sake toppings. Not worth the money & time.

Terrible experience with zero customer focus. My order was over an hour late despite a 35-minute delivery estimate. Customer service provided an unreachable contact number, forcing me to visit the store in person. Instead of an apology, the owner was rude and dismissive, claiming I should 'just adjust' because it was December 31st. The outlet was completely mismanaged, and many other customers were facing the same issues.
