I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza, Wakad today. I strongly recommend ordering from somewhere else if you actually want to eat on time. The Issues: Ridiculous Delay: It took over one hour for the food to arrive. The "30-minute delivery" promise is clearly a joke at this outlet. Cold Food: When the pizzas finally arrived, they were ice cold and rubbery. The quality was subpar and honestly, the food just sucked. It felt like it had been sitting on a counter for forty minutes before they bothered to send it out. Zero Communication: I tried calling the store multiple times to check on my order, but their phone is unreachable. There is absolutely no accountability or customer support. It is frustrating to pay full price for such unprofessional service and bad food. Save your time and money—avoid this branch!

Pathetic service by Domino’s Wakad. Ordered pizza at 9:30 PM. Wrong order delivered after 45 minutes. After complaining, the outlet promised a fresh order but delivered it at 11:30 PM—2 hours late. Worse, they delivered the same cold pizza that appeared to have been prepared at 9:30 PM which tasted terrible. Completely disappointed. I do not recommend this outlet. Many similar complaints already exist—request Domino’s to take strict action.

Absolutely disgusting service! This is the second time this useless outlet has confirmed my order and then completely failed to deliver it. It’s been over 2 hours, no update, no cancellation, no response — and to top it off, their contact number is dead as usual. If you can’t deliver orders, then stop accepting them. Don’t make customers sit hungry waiting for your nonsense. The staff clearly has zero sense of responsibility, zero communication skills, and zero professionalism. Either shut this outlet down or train your staff to at least act like they work in a service industry. Pathetic, careless, and utterly unreliable — the worst experience ever. Never ordering from this garbage outlet again!
