Extremely disappointed with the service from Domino’s Wakad. I placed an order and they accepted it, but after making me wait for 30–40 minutes, I got a call saying they won’t be able to deliver it. It’s not about the money — it’s about the experience. If you cannot deliver, then why accept the order in the first place? Calling the customer after so long just to say you can’t deliver is very unprofessional and frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s.

Worst outlet of Domino's.... Service and helpline number of this outlet is very pathetic...... They not receiving calls and no action taken on the complainants.... And some menu is not available on that outlet.... Worst outlet ever....
