Order #70, placed on 10 December 2025. The order was delayed by more than 2 hours, and upon delivery, the pizza was cold, poor in quality, and unfit to eat. Such negligence is completely unacceptable from a brand of Domino's reputation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the Help section, no assistance was provided. I explicitly asked for a refund, yet my request was ignored. Furthermore, the local Domino's outlet failed to answer any customer care calls, leaving me without support throughout the delay.This reflects a severe breach of service standards and customer care protocols. I demand an immediate and full refund, along with a formal explanation for this service failure. Kindly address this matter on priority.
