Farmhouse Pizza was burned paneer quality of zingyparcel was vry low.....cusmers use toilet paper in place of tissue paper....overall worst quality and vry bad staff ....I said to refund my money but they denied

I recieved my order 2 hrs late. At top of that i tried contacting the store even the helpline, but no one bothered to even answer, Even the helpline said that they will contact me within 48 hrs i wanted my food at that time not day after. I live in a college we have our timmings, did they expect me to sit their till midnight and wait for the order. I had to put my name for late entry and fill a fine will you refund me? My parents ordered me food as i live so far and the chocolava i received was half open, the lava leaking and empty from top. I thought dominos had a delivery policy where i am supposed to get my order for free if its late. So will they refund my my money as my order was 2 hrs late? Please don't order from here. Its just a waste of time and money as they will give half burnt or drained food.
