Today on 31.07.25 we visited this branch of dominos where the person taking the order had a very weird look on her face she was very restless kinda rude too. Highly unprofessional. whatever we were ordering she was just searching on the screen but never told us that those were not available after we gave her our whole order she said “oder repeat krti hu …” and took name of only the CV pizza and coke whereas i had asked her to add chicken pizza and garlic bread and rice meal which she later told me is not available… and after totalling she was not taking the money saying she do not have change to return.. are bhai pure paise hi rakh lo baad me change kr lo ya upi ka option puch lo.. money lene se reject krne ka ky mtlb hota h???

Extremely disappointing experience with this Domino’s outlet. I placed an order through their app and paid a higher-than-usual amount expecting normal delivery service. But instead of delivering, they contacted me via WhatsApp and told me they wouldn’t deliver to my address due to some internal “criteria.” When I politely asked why, they responded very rudely. I even tried to request and explain the situation, but the owner or manager started arguing with me in a very disrespectful way. I’ve never been treated like this as a customer. This is not how a well-managed place should operate. Poor customer service, zero professionalism. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Very poor management at this Domino’s outlet. Asked the staff multiple times to clean the table, but they ignored it. After repeating the request, they made faces and still didn’t clean it properly. Long wait, bad attitude, and unhygienic service. Really disappointing experience.
