We ordered Taco and Chicken pizza (no idea of the exact item). Both the items disappointed me. The taco was very plain and I even doubt if it should be called a taco. I hoped the pizza would be better but it was STALE. I'm not a professional in cooking but I could make that out with just one small bite. Totally disappointing, just had a bottle of coke and left other things.

The place was very unhygienic — no cleaning was done after customers finished eating. The overall environment felt poorly maintained. The pizza didn’t taste good either, which was disappointing. The staff communication also needs improvement. The lady handling orders did not communicate clearly and kept shouting order numbers, but her voice couldn’t be heard from the first floor. Additionally, her behavior came across as rude and unwelcoming. It felt as though they were doing a favour by serving the customers rather than providing good service. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and needs serious improvement.

Their service is so bad, they neither deliver the order on time nor do they call and they say it will take 1-2 hours directly.
