I had ordered via IRCTC e catering services, I kept on chasing with them, they said yes the order is confirmed, when the train reached the station, I kept calling them, they still said the delivery boy is there. I saw a delivery boy also, and asked him, he said he doesn't have our order. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional
