I have ordered a pizza at 6:18 pm today on 28th Jan 2026 and till not I have not received my pizza and in Domino's app it's showing that your order is being prepared and after seeing that I have called on Domino's store and asked it about so they said that it's on the way and I have called after 30min and now its 1 hour and I have still not received my pizza ... And this order is under 30min guarantee ,then also not received and they don't have money or reward for late delivery... This thing was happened to me before also ... That order also I have received after 1 hour and they which was also applicable for 30min guarantee and till now date I have not received any reward or any refund from that... Rudrapur Domino's Services are becoming day by day very baad and quality of Pizzas and Garlic breads quality becomes too low

In the order counter the girl standing over there she's eating tabaco while taking order and her behaviour is very rude and she is not talking properly and she's too rude and the pizza quality is not good at all they don't know how to make proper pizza and the staff here is not looking like professionals

Hygiene and safety concerns the tables are broken and not maintained proper hygiene the girl getting order’s is chewing while taking orders and look like they are not professional and are rude

WORST SERVICE EVER I HAD IN DOMINOS. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO BAKE PIZZA PROPERLY. CHESSE WAS NOT PROPERLY METLED.
