I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience. MY sister and I and placed our order promptly. We were given an estimated wait time, but after over 45 minutes of waiting, our food still had not arrived. When my sister finally inquired at the counter, we were informed that our order had been prepared but simply forgotten and left sitting inside, undelivered to our outdoor table. This was frustrating because customers who arrived after us received their meals quickly and left, while we sat patiently outside. To make matters worse, we could hear your staff inside laughing, yelling, and seemingly enjoying themselves as if at a casual gathering, rather than focusing on serving customers. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially as we waited hungrily in the meantime. When our food finally arrived, it was not only cold but also incorrect. We had ordered a large pizza with regular crust, yet we received what appeared to be a medium-sized pizza with a thin crust. Despite this mismatch, we were charged the full price for the large size. We did not receive the portion or quality we paid for, and the overall experience left us feeling undervalued as customers.

Multiple pizzerias came and went to and from saharanpur but none of them compared to dominos. I would like to take this opportunity and say that dominos is absolutely the best pizza restaurant in the world and people should start appreciating the impact that dominos has had on other restaurants. 💵💵💵💵💵💵
