Worst pizza experience ever. I ordered a pizza via Swiggy and it was a complete nightmare. There were no toppings, the pizza was not even in proper shape, and the quality was hopeless. It honestly felt like they don’t know how to make a pizza and are just preparing it for the sake of it. Compared to Domino’s in other cities, this outlet is totally the worst, and it’s actually spoiling the Domino’s brand name. Never ordering again.

If you ordered vai swiggy then ensure call dominos and get delivery person number also. Dominos says that they have already sent it for delivery even after 1.5hrs item is not received and swiggy will not provide refund and dominos have no support that will give details of orders or when it will deliver. If delivery person shows up to your door then you can cancel. In order to receive refund for the mistake from siwggy and dominos you need to chat with them for hours and mostly you will receive constant automatic or formated responses to all your quires from the chat.

My order no is 148 in salem Tamilnadu. App told 30 minets delivery grenade . i ordered pizza on 10.34pm now time in 11.35 pm. The delivery boy asking otp on before delivery. what is this very worth service. I order last 3 times same problem. No one answer properly very very worth management and service
