The food quality is good, but there is definite room for improvement in staff behaviour. On almost three occasions, I was waiting at the counter to place my order, but the staff did not attend to me in time and other cleaning members had to call them to take my order. Additionally, the washroom was not well maintained. For a brand like Domino’s, basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority. I shared this feedback at the outlet, but the staff response felt a bit rude, which was disappointing.

Worst experience with this franchise , service staff is third class , if we order multiple pizzas then they says that there will be more time needed than order time shown in app after that they rudely says you can't wait just cancel order and after cancelling order..even they can't refund money

Very bad service. We have to wait for 15 mins to get a bag for parcel. Also we were restricted to buy medium size pizza.
