I’m extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with Domino’s laitumkhrah I had placed an order for a single item - chicken popcorn, and despite the delivery location being just 2 km away, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive.What’s more frustrating is that when I tried to contact the delivery number provided, it was switched off. I even checked the Domino’s website to raise a concern about the delay, but unfortunately, it redirected me to the same non-functional contact number.What really upset me was the misleading delivery estimate while placing the order, the app/website showed a delivery time of 15-20 minutes, which gave me certain expectations. However, the actual delivery time was way beyond acceptable limits.I sincerely request Domino’s to please maintain accurate delivery timings as shown at the time of ordering, and ensure that your customer support contact numbers are reachable, especially during ongoing orders.

Very bad service n the people working there they r so rude not respecting the Costomer 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻it will b the last ..they can't even bring the food which we order at the table .. cos we pay not asking for free ..😒 if they want their business to grow they need to stop all the attitude n focus on the costomer atleast b respectful .
