Pozza and choco chips was good .but when we ordered there we didn't pay atill and i wanna cancelled some itms but they denied to do that before i paid. They said to me now order done you pay rupees now this 605. This condition what we will do we pay for this. Second things upstairs sitting area not cleaned. Washroom was also closed 🔒. Very bad experience at this store 🏬.

Worst experience with Shimla Dominos. I was very hungry, so I ordered pizza at 11:30pm (24.07.2025) and got it at 1:25 AM (25.07.2025) that is after begging for it from the delivery boy. He delivered and I asked how I will eat it, these pizzas are not edible because these are totally cold, then he laughed and said thande to hone hi the, khane hai to kha lo nhi to faink dena. Really Dominos think that it will survive in India with this kind Service. Highly pathetic.
