Very bad service. We visited today with children and the lady at the counter was very rude- she told us we had to order online only and that she couldnt take the orders at the counter. As far as the food is concerned , there were barely any options available. No rice meals, no pizzas in large size, no cold drinks, no drinking water and not even ketchup. It was also claustrophobic without AC. Bad experience overall.

If I could rate 0 star then i would have done that. Ordered online for dine in as their menu screen display was not working. Ordered 2 non veg pizza but they delivered us 1 veg and 1 non veg pizza. Due to system glitch we had to bear the loss. Not visiting again for sure and will ask others not to visit. Useless people sitting over there and their full on attitude customer support team.

The worst pizza place i have ever experienced in my life. I visited during the Dusshera, they have kept a special menu out of which I ordered two. They deny to provide the same. Then I ordered from their menu, they said the combos are available. This place is very arrogant staff and unfortunately they don't know how to handle the situation. The staff was un trained and they even not able to find the menu from the computer.

The food was okay kind of not so much good plus how they give it to me like local vendors. Then their own staff are in a fight so can't take my order on time specially some manipuri guys then they serve casually also they don't reach out to me as i was also in other city too but they are not so much nicer...then the main thing their Exhaust fan got broken so they open the gate & all AC gases are become normel...A chaotic experience....i would like to order either in delivery or takeway ....
