I love Domino' Pizza but from the past few months the service has been highly compromised. The last few times 5-6 times I ordered food online from Tarapur Domino's, the delivery reached me after 60 minutes. I live in Vivekananda Road, and by no means it should take more than 40 minutes. I have received cold pizza and tacos multiple times by now. In comparison to Tarapur Domino's i prefer Goldighi Mall Domino's but unfortunately the Domino's app doesn't allow that outlet anymore.

I recently visited this place and while I must say the food was quite good and tasted fresh, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that the staff didn’t seem attentive or interested in taking orders. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention and place my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t extremely crowded at the time. After finally placing the order, I expected the service to improve—but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. It took more than an hour for my food to be prepared and served, which was extremely frustrating. During this time, the staff did not provide any updates or apologies for the delay. Their attitude came across as unprofessional and careless. It’s really unfortunate because the food itself was enjoyable, and the ambiance of the place was decent. However, the lack of proper customer service overshadowed the good aspects. I hope the management seriously looks into training their staff to be more attentive and responsive. If the service improves, this place could actually be a great spot to dine.
