Service not good. You always need to call someone to billing counter to order your meal. No washroom facility. No drinking water facility. Ambience not good. Place is not clean.

This is the dirtiest outlet I have ever visited. There were flies everywhere, and it appeared that the floors, walls, and equipment had not been cleaned for months. The staff were not wearing the company uniform, and basic hygiene protocols were completely ignored—no hair caps, no gloves. Shockingly, the girl packing pizzas behind the billing counter was wearing a woollen tomboy cap, which is absolutely unacceptable in a food outlet. I visited this store on 21st December 2025. I was served a pizza that was completely unfit for human consumption. While eating the second slice, I felt something sticky on the base. When I turned the slice over, I was shocked to see a large sticky black circular patch underneath. I immediately went back to the billing counter. The staff member who had taken my order snatched the slice and the pizza box from me. When I asked him what it was, he had no explanation. When I asked him to call the store manager, the manager arrived chewing gutka and without wearing a uniform. When I raised my concern, instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, he simply offered to replace the pizza, which was completely unacceptable given the seriousness of the hygiene issue. This outlet shows complete disregard for food safety, hygiene, and customer health. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until strict cleanliness and food safety standards are enforced. According to me this store should be shut down as soon as possible till the time Dominos improves the standards here. Also I am filling a complaint along with the pictures and videos which I captured that day during my visit to the Food and safety department to take the strict action against the store.

Service was terrible. Cashier has attitude problems. Hygiene was terrible. Flies everywhere. Broken air conditioning. Dusty fans, chairs are all creaking and are broken. Pepperoni was terrible and completely crumpled, cheese looked off. Never coming here again. I recommend you the same.

This dominos outlet is not good. They serve cold pizzas with burnt cheese. When you complaint on dominos they don’t help even.
