Absolutely pathetic service. Today on 12th August 2025 at 5.45 pm I stood at the counter for 20 minutes but nobody even bothered to ask me what I wanted though there were 3 girls and 1 boy behind the counter. I requested them thrice to take my order but they just ignored me. Finally after 20 minutes I left the restaurant without being able to place any order. Absolutely shameful and pathetic behavior. Incidentally there were no other customers in the restaurant

Placed a wrong order by mistake and tried calling the outlet THREE times — no one answered. After 5–7 minutes, I finally got a call back, only to be spoken to rudely and accused of “disturbing Domino’s” for placing orders. The staff had ZERO customer service skills, no manners, and told me to stop ordering from them! If this is how Domino’s treats paying customers, it’s pathetic. No courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect. Strongly NOT recommended to anyone who expects basic decency along with their food

Wrost dine in experience I ever had in dominos. No lights no AC just food. I would personally recommend not to dine in here just take away your order

The review is completely based on delivered items I received. I had been ordering since long from here. They made a mistake during first two orders but after that discussion everything has been improved. The helpline number is always off do not expect a reply from other end. Place an order if you are 100 percent sure about the items. A little bit of catchup can make the order more tasty. Let's see if you guys can improve a bit more on this. #letsguide
