Worst customer service..staff very bad attitude no value of customer time they just take your order and let you sit for an hours and when you try to cancel they will yell at you and try to show that's this is our fault that we order from here .. worst food and service 👎🏼.. with this behaviour Domino's will be gone shut very soon

⭐ 1/5 — Worst Domino’s Outlet I’ve Ever Visited. Zero Professionalism, Zero Respect. This Domino’s outlet seriously needs to fix its staff because the behaviour here is absolutely unacceptable. I had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff forced me to rate my takeaway order — something that only the customer is supposed to do. I clearly said I didn’t have internet on my phone, but they kept pushing nonstop like I wasn’t allowed to leave without rating it. They even switched on their own hotspot just so I could “rate” the order right there. I was in a hurry, stressed, and clearly uncomfortable, but they simply did not care. And then the unbelievable thing happened: They took my phone, opened the review page themselves, rated the order 5 stars, and even clicked a picture — all without my permission. Rating an order is my choice, not theirs, yet they behaved like it was their right. This wasn’t the first time, either. Something similar happened earlier too, and I ignored it back then. But this time it crossed every limit I’m only 14, and honestly, the way they treated me was extremely rude, pushy, and totally unprofessional. No customer, especially a kid, should be made to feel this uncomfortable. This outlet is full of: Rude and forceful staff Absolutely no manners Zero respect for customers’ time or privacy Unethical behaviour by forcing customers to rate orders Staff interfering with customer phones and choices I strongly recommend avoiding this outlet. This is not how a brand like Domino’s should treat its customers, and this outlet desperately needs serious action.

Bunch of hooligans, I ordered food from them and it was fine until after 25 minutes of ordering they said we can't deliver at your location order number 206. Tried calling the store but not picking up and on app I am being asked to proceed with takeaway. I paid them, used the points and everything and now they are not even cancelling the order neither responding. If you can't serve then shut it down.
