Very disappointed with the taste. The pizzas and stuff garlic bread were extremely plain and not at all flavorful. Definitely not the quality I expect from Domino’s.

Well I am regular customer of dominos i have never faced any issue regarding food quality or delivery but what happened today was really disturbing it is definitely not about the food it is regarding the behaviour of staff with the customer, so i ordered 2 pizzas and one classic stuffed garlic bread and i recieved some different garlic bread so i called at the franchise to discuss about the problem. the call was received and a lady answered she heard the entire situation instead of giving solution she just gave an excuse “ mam there’s a lot of rush today that’s why that might have happened” so i replied mam but i need solution so first she asked me to wait and then she declined the call i might have called at the franchise for like 3-4 times in a row everytime she answered but just after me saying “hello” she declines. Then a genuine lady picked up and looked into the matter. but my concern here is being a customer on receiving a wrong order can’t we even complain? we understand that sundays are the busy days but that thing could have been dealt politely. Even we work but thankfull we don’t upset are customers by putting them down. I really hope dominos looks into this matter and teach their staff to behave appropriately! but i really appreciate that good lady staff that brought solution!

We had a very bad experience at the outlet. ordered peppy paneer pizza, informed that they don’t have capsicum in toppings, requested to add mushrooms, they added price of extra toppings but not deducted the price for which they don’t have in their stock. Received the pizza after 25 mins of order even when only 10-12 diners there. Brand name of domino’s totally not justified in this outlet. Don’t recommend to visit here.
