Waiting time is excessively long and causes great inconvenience. Customer treatment is unsatisfactory and lacks basic courtesy. The air expeller installed at the front gate is extremely irritating and uncomfortable for customers. Cold drinks priced at ₹40 are being charged at ₹70, which appears unreasonable and unfair. Overall standards need significant improvement. There is a complete lack of care and concern for customers. The attitude seems to be “आओ तो वेलकम, जाओ तो भीड़ कम”, which reflects poor customer focus and indifference.

Expensive compared to Domino's outlets in other cities. Service is slow and staff is not upto the mark. Food quality is ok, not great 👍
