Worst pizza ever. Domino’s have to maintain their standards . Unprofessional staff. They don’t have basic etiquette’s to behave in front of customer. Their chaos in domino’s kitchen was as we have come to some fish market. It took almost more than one hour to get their order done. Along with us there were three more customers. All were fed up of their behaviour. As attending customer was aside rather they were just chit chatting around without delivering orders on time. I was fan of domino’s . Never doubted their quality But this experience made me feel that i should never come back to domino’s again ever. Please work on this.

I am extremely disappointed with Domino’s service. We ordered the 6 in 1 pizza and what we received was completely undercooked. To make things worse, we even overheard the staff saying, “give it as it is” — which clearly shows how the quality standards are being ignored. We had already waited for more than an hour, and when we refused to accept that uncooked pizza, they said they would make it again. But even the replacement pizza was of very poor quality. By then it was already 1 AM, and since we had no other option, we were forced to accept it. This is not what you expect from a brand like Domino’s, especially when you are paying a good amount for food and expect basic quality and service. My 10-year-old son was so excited to have pizza, but this experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Domino’s seriously needs to work on their service and quality — otherwise, what is the point of paying so much if customers don’t get the quality they are promised? 1 star is also more for them.

The pizza maybe ok not so good as expected from a such reputed brand i think not the brand but the this branch over here is not good whenever we go the atmosphere tehre is hot ac is off we have to tell them to on it and the staff itself is rude , arrogant and behaves inconvenient towards teen children more and that is unacceptable everytime i visit while going i have to ask remaining change it's not about the money but then why always they don't have change !! Like seriously towards elder people their behavior is different and also washroom are my god never clean so much foul smell and we can't visit inside .also the table is never clean .I hope you look upon the staff and the branch over here in vasai.
