They allowed ragpicker boys into the resturant and we're eating food along side us. They were just moving around and looking into our plates taking sauce in hand and liking, using washroom, sleeping on chairs and the staff was not restricting or guiding them to behave.

Very delayed service and pale cold food delivery services are pathetic it felt as if it was undercooked I had returned and requested new pizaa still they sent the same and that to the seal was open Extremely bad experience don't ever order again they are playing with consumers health Also no to forget received incomplete order pathetic service

⭐ 1/5 — Domino’s Vasai West: “30 Minutes or Free”? More Like “1 Hour and We’ll Argue!” 🍕 Ordered a pizza, got a patience test instead. It arrived after 1 hour — probably took a detour via Italy. 🇮🇹 Delivery guy Laksh Sawant confidently says, “Sir, you’ll get a refund after 24 to 48hrs.” Store manager Rahul jumps in Say — “No refund, only discount! 30 points (1point = 1Rupee) after paying Rs.220” Basically, Domino’s Vasai West offers arguments free with every late pizza. 👏 Staff attitude? Extra spicy and extremely rude. 🌶️ Still waiting for a response from the store manager Mr Rahul since 13th… maybe that’ll take another 30 mins. Or an hour. Or forever. 😆😂🕐😂 Pathetic Service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I ordered 4 plates of wings ..3 different flavours..all tasted somewhat the same ... garlic bread is smaller than ever..asked for a garlic dip but got a pesto dip instead that didn't taste like pesto..pictures of the small wings are listed below...in total I payed almost Rs950..what a bloody joke ... horrible taste..messed up my mood and dinner ... never gonna order again.. if there was a minus rating that would have suites this order

I ordered Veg premium burger i recieved Taco. Tried calling resturant,No one receives the call ,No Callback . Complaint logged . Solution after 24hrs Recived a msg saying we tried calling you but your phone was not reachable..never recieved the call. Worst experience ever.
