Absolutely Horrendous Experience(Via Domino’s App) – Domino’s, You’ve Hit Rock Bottom! This was supposed to be a Friendship Day celebration, but thanks to the disaster that is the Anand Nagar Domino’s store, it turned into pure agony. Placed my order at 11:00 AM – a large pizza + Big Big 6-in-1 Veg + Cheese Volcano + Medium Veg Paradise. Soon after, I get a call from Shraddha at the store casually dropping a bomb: “Toppings are over. We’re waiting for raw material.” Excuse me?! A pizza store OUT of toppings at 11 AM? What kind of circus are you running? She says, “Sir, 25 minutes more.” I hold on. Called again – now Tejas picks up and says, “Hope you can understand, sir. We’re still awaiting raw material.” No, Tejas – I cannot understand how Domino’s, a global pizza brand, can’t keep basic ingredients stocked. This isn’t a grocery store, it’s a pizza outlet! 90+ minutes wasted. Peace of mind shattered. Celebration ruined. And then – as if they were doing me a favor – they CANCEL the order. Tejas wraps it up with a cheerful, “Don’t worry sir, you’ll get your refund.” Wow. That’s the punchline? That’s the best you’ve got after completely botching my day? Domino’s – your brand is slipping fast if this is the kind of customer experience you’re serving. Anand Nagar store – you should be shut down until you learn how to run a kitchen. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Never again.

The worst outlet of dominoes is this for mk plaza anand nagar thane its very very dirty place staff are so irresponsible place is very dirty sab floor par kichadh and the thing is they dont care about there customer

I had a very disappointing experience with the Domino’s Owale, Thane branch. I ordered pizza and garlic bread via Zomato, and the food arrived in a completely unacceptable condition. The pizza was clearly mishandled during packaging—likely placed hot into the box without care—causing the toppings to spill and the entire presentation to be ruined. This reflects extremely poor quality control and careless handling by the staff. When I called the branch to report the issue, a woman named Barkha initially answered and redirected me to the manager, Kalpesh. Shockingly, he cut the call and refused to respond further. This level of unprofessionalism is not what one expects from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I have raised a formal consumer complaint regarding this matter. It’s clear that the Owale branch is severely lacking in staff training, hygiene practices, and basic customer service. There wasn’t even a handwash available in their restroom, which raises serious concerns about food hygiene and how the staff is maintaining cleanliness standards. To other customers reading this: I strongly advise avoiding this outlet. The lack of quality, hygiene, and professionalism is alarming. I will be sharing photos and this review across social media platforms to ensure others are aware, and to urge Domino’s to take strict action against this branch to preserve its brand reputation.
