Visited Domino’s yesterday and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The pizza and garlic bread were nowhere near the expected taste or quality. I’m really disappointed with my decision to go there.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I’d happily give it. Domino’s is a masterclass in how to run a business terribly. They has repeatedly failed to deliver on time, yet somehow they magically mark the order as “delivered on time.” Maybe they think customers won’t notice? Or maybe they’re just used to fooling people. Customer care is another disaster. No one picks up, no one responds, and if they cancel the order, say goodbye to your refund. The outlet itself is a complete mess. It’s dirty, the staff have zero coordination and every time I order, I end up chasing them multiple times just to get something as simple as a pizza. Domino’s seriously needs to fix this pathetic experience.
