Totally Unhygienic and Disappointing I wanted to share my recent (30 Aug 2025) experience at the Domino's store in Pattom. Domino’s advertises itself as a global multinational brand, but the outlet at trivandrum were we visited lacked even the most basic hygiene and didn't provided even the basic dining facilities. When we asked for a cup of water,To our surprise, they didn’t even have a single cup available and asked us to use the water cooler and that to without a cup.. The place was swarming with flies, and even one fell into a bottle of coke that we brought .After seeing the wash area,we didn't felt like eating there.we are truly disappointed with both the serving environment and the overall cleanliness. The dining area is found to be pathetic which is beyond what we can imagine.

Very poor pizza and pathetic garlic . They guys heated chappti and sent this to me . These guys are worse than frauds. Please don't buy Pizza or anything from this outlet. Not going to order anything from Domino's

Very bad service. I had to wait at the counter for around 10 mins - it was not crowded, but no one even bothered to take the order or explain the delay. If you had at least talked to us and asked us to wait for sometime due to some reason, we would have understood it. It was almost like you were completely ignoring the customer. Had to leave because of this. Please understand that customer's time is also valuable.
