Very very bad. Me and my father went to dominos to eat pizza. We were there for the first time. We doesn't know anything. Whether it's self service or not. We sit there for 15 mintues. No one came to us. They saw us sitting there but did nothing. Informed us nothing, if it is out of service, self service nothing. I was angry and said my father let's go. We ate pizza from a near pizza hut. 10000000 times better than dominos. I hate you dominos i hate you. I came there because i really wished to eat your cheesy volcano. I hate you.

The place is made for dine in, but on busy days they ensure customers coming in for dine in are scared away by openly telling about the wait behind the online order lines. Not value for money, their Offers are eye wash especially the square pizzas for around 1000. In this store particularly, they do not give plane water to drink nor they have glasses for dine in guests. We had to bring our water bottle from the car - pic attached. Also it was a bit scary that the water dispenser with filter had water available, but was plugged off. Pic attached. Net net, they serve tasty pizzas - high priced and at a slow pace.

Totally Unhygienic and Disappointing I wanted to share my recent (30 Aug 2025) experience at the Domino's store in Pattom. Domino’s advertises itself as a global multinational brand, but the outlet at trivandrum were we visited lacked even the most basic hygiene and didn't provided even the basic dining facilities. When we asked for a cup of water,To our surprise, they didn’t even have a single cup available and asked us to use the water cooler and that to without a cup.. The place was swarming with flies, and even one fell into a bottle of coke that we brought .After seeing the wash area,we didn't felt like eating there.we are truly disappointed with both the serving environment and the overall cleanliness. The dining area is found to be pathetic which is beyond what we can imagine.
