I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your outlet. My experience at the counter was quite poor. I requested to purchase one mineral water bottle, specifically asking for a non-chilled one for my son, given the rainy evening. The staff member refused, stating the unchilled bottles were in the "storeroom" and only the cooled ones were readily available. I explained that there was a minimum 20-minute wait for our food order, which would provide ample time to retrieve a non-chilled bottle from the store. Despite this reasonable allowance and the simplicity of the request, the staff member flatly refused to accommodate us, offering what felt like a trivial excuse. While my children enjoy Domino's, this particular interaction has left me with a highly negative impression of this specific location. The unwillingness to fulfill a basic, easily manageable request for a customer, especially one concerning a child's comfort, is unacceptable. I am now hesitant to bring my family back to this outlet in the future.

Pizza was good however Not maintained hygeine.. service is very poor as no one cares..you can have a mosquito party if you planning for dining.
