Very poor service and irresponsible staff! I ordered a Big Big 6 Veg Pizza on Oct 21, 2025 through the Domino’s app. Even after 1.5 hours, there was no response from the restaurant or delivery person. I tried calling multiple times — no one picked up the phone. Finally, I went to the restaurant myself and found that they had prepared the order but never delivered it! When I asked why, the staff gave a very casual and careless reply, saying “too many orders, phone not working.” Such irresponsible behavior is unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. Totally worst experience — please avoid this outlet if you expect basic service or professionalism.
