Worst experience from this branch Don’t ever order online They will bring it to you years later

My worst dine in experience ever. I waited for more than 25 min but nobody was available to take the order. A person asked me to wait 2 min to take the order details but nobody showed up even after 15 min. People were too busy inside the kitchen without attending the live customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Poor customer service. I ordered through website and the delivery was available. I paid in advance and the store accepted my order. I had my delivery scheduled in 40 minutes from my order time. After 20 minutes, a delivery person Mr. Vidhun called and said he can’t delivery to the address and instead asked me to collect it from elsewhere. You shouldn’t take the order if you can’t deliver. I tried contacting the store number, the number does not exist. I have no way of contacting them now. Very poor service and poor response from them. I am not sure if the money will be refunded and it’s really inconvenient.

I ordered via Domino's app for takeaway,in app it showed 15mins for prepration but the staff took 1hr15 mins to deliver,worst experience nd food is also not good,waste of time and waste of money.
